Taylor (she/her) joined Equitas in January 2018, however she has been engaged with Equitas’ work as a child and youth worker for over 5 years. She works in Equitas’ office in British Columbia, supporting programming in Canada. Taylor has spent 10 years as a front line staff running programs for children and youth. Previously she worked in a school district as part of the community schools-partnership team where she facilitated, developed and supported the implementation of outside of school time programs for vulnerable children and youth. Taylor is passionate about youth engagement and community building.
