Gerardo joined the Equitas team in 2017 as a program officer for Haiti with a dozen years of experience in human rights work, including several years with Amnesty International’s general secretariat in London. Gerardo worked in Haiti for more than 20 years. He then moved to a position as Monitoring, Evaluation and Reporting Advisor and has now become the Monitoring, Evaluation and Reporting Manager. His experience has with no doubt brought new and enriching perspectives to Equitas.
