Hudson joined the Equitas team in March 2020 as a Program Officer, Haiti. He has more than 15 years of experience in the development field, particularly in institutional strengthening, advisory support and human rights. Hudson holds a Master’s degree in Project Management at UQAM, a Master 2 in Local Development Engineering obtained at CIEDEL from the Catholic University of Lyon and a license in economics obtained in Haiti. Before joining Equitas, Hudson worked as a Local Law Program Coordinator at ActionAid, Local Development Program Manager at ADEMA and as a consultant for several organizations in the past six years, including IRIS, Cultural Practice, Initiative Développement, Pharview, IFOS, OXFAM-GB and ANATRAF. He has expertise in elaboration of local development plans and has coordinated the elaboration of more than a dozen in Haiti.
