Zhan Chiam (he/him) from Singapore and Australia is a human rights consultant specializing in LGBTI rights. He is on the steering committees of the International Trans Fund and the Power of Pride Alliance and in advisory positions for the Asia Pacific Transgender Network and Transgender Europe’s TvT project. From 2015 to 2020, Zhan managed ILGA World’s Gender Identity and Expression Programme, supporting and strengthening trans movements through ILGA’s membership base, utilizing UN mechanisms and strategic research, including the annual Trans Legal Mapping Report.
