Nadjet joined the Equitas team in 2014 and she is responsible of the programs in the Middle East and North Africa. She arrived to Equitas with experience in community and international development, acquired through her professional and activist activities at many international and community organizations in Algeria, Kuwait, the United States, Great Britain, and Quebec. Through these many experiences, she has developed and managed programs aiming at promoting citizens’ participation, including women’s participation and youth implication against sexual exploitation. Nadjet holds a diploma in Political Science and International Relations from the University of Alger.
