Women, children, youth and ethnic minorities have disproportionately suffered human rights violations in the last 50 years of conflict. Our work in Colombia focuses on promoting respect for human rights and equipping communities, including women, children and youth, to engage in the peace process.
Youth and community members come together as part of the Equitas human rights intergenerational training program in Bogota to prevent conflict and promote peace, inclusive development and the participation of women, children and youth in making their communities safer and more equitable.
