On or around, August 12th, approximately 2000 children across Canada will mark International Youth Day, by participating in Play it Fair! Day – a special event organized in day camps from Victoria to Charlottetown. During this day, children will learn about human rights by playing games that promote respect for diversity, cooperation, inclusion, fairness, responsibility and acceptance. Each child will also draw on a postcard to be able to share what children’s rights mean to them with their family, friends and community. Download the Play it Fair! Day activity sheet. à
