Our work in Sri Lanka focuses on equipping community and national level actors to develop appropriate mechanisms and education interventions to strengthen community resilience, reduce tensions connected to religious/ethnic differences and promote a greater spirit of unity and reconciliation in Sri Lanka.
Youth groups and community members of different faiths come together as part of the Equitas human rights program and training in Sri Lanka to prevent violent inter-religious conflict, and promote reconciliation, inclusion and religious harmony.
