Serge joined Equitas in September 2023 as Monitoring, Evaluation and Accountability Officer. His role involves monitoring and evaluating the Advancing Equality through Human Rights Education project in Burkina-Faso, Senegal, Haiti, Tanzania and Kenya. Prior to joining Equitas, Serge worked with various institutions in Africa, Latin America and Canada on projects focusing on the environment, children’s rights, girls’ and young women’s education and women’s empowerment.
Serge holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Université du Québec à Montréal and a master’s degree in international development management and humanitarian action from Université Laval. He has also been a member of the Parliamentary Centre team since September 2023.
