Two years after the earthquake in Haiti, hundreds of people have still not been relocated. Beyond the effects of natural disasters, some involving the Haitian political accommodation. This is the case of Patrick Camille, program manager at the Groupe d’appui aux rapatriés et réfugiés (GARR). An alumnus of the IHRTP, he is taking part in the 33rd session of the International Human Rights Training Program as a facilitator. Mr. Camille spoke with Oti Didier of Radio Canada International.
