Charles-Antoine joined Equitas in October 2025 as Fund Officer for the Act Together for Inclusion Fund (ACTIF). He also completed several contracts at Equitas between 2018 and 2021, including for the International Human Rights Training Program (IHRTP).
Charles-Antoine has worked at the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights in Dakar, Senegal, as well as at the Human Dignity Trust in London, United Kingdom. He has also been involved at the local level, working at Fierté Montréal. He holds a European Master’s degree in Human Rights and Democratisation from the Global Campus of Human Rights and specializes in supporting human rights organizations and defenders, particularly those working on sexual and gender diversity issues.
