Speaking Rights Public Events coming up in Montreal and Winnipeg

Winnipeg Speaking Rights Youth Engagement Projects 2015 –  May 6, 2015 For the last 3 years, Equitas’ Speaking Rights program has been supporting youth engagement projects across Winnipeg with the support of The Winnipeg Foundation. These projects are opportunities for youth organisations to benefit from a small amount of financial support and Equitas’ coaching and support to implement activities allowing youth to play an active and positive role within their communities. This year, we would like to underscore the quality of their work through a unique public event! Come and meet with engaged youth on Wednesday, May 6th from 5:00pm to 7:00pm at Graffiti Arts Programming. They will be presenting their projects and showing the positive impact of their engagement. The following organisations will be there:

The event will take place in a friendly and hip atmosphere at Graffiti Arts Programming located at 109 Higgins Avenue, with snacks and music. Download the flyer. Reserve your place as soon as possible by contacting Ruth at rmorrison@equitas.org
