Holly (she) joined Equitas in May 2023 as a Program Officer for the Quebec region. She is a lifelong community builder and has held various project management roles with local and international rights-based organizations, both in Canada and abroad. Her areas of interest include gender equity, disability justice and newcomer rights. Prior to Equitas, Holly worked as an independent consultant on humanitarian affairs for major organizations including the International Rescue Committee (IRC).
She graduated in 2016 from McGill University with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and International Development Studies, and in 2021 from Carleton University with a Master’s degree in International Affairs.
