Eloïse (she/her) joined Equitas in April 2022 as a Logistic Coordinator. She holds a bachelor degree in Global Studies and graduated from a Master in Public and International Affairs from Université de Montréal. She worked for a local NGO in the Dominican Republic for 8 months after gaining experience working for many different community organizations in Quebec. This first field experience made her realized how respect of human rights is at the heart of development, inclusion and equity of all.
