Ayouba joined Equitas in April 2017 after more than fifteen years of experience in project administration, accounting, audit and financial management of international development projects. Ayouba notably worked in Western Africa in projects for the implementation of stability by the European Union. He also worked with the United Nations Population Fund, CARE International in Niger, and with the International Labour Organization for the program against child work. Ayouba has a Master’s degree in Management from the National University of Abomey-Calavi in Benin, a Master’s degree in audit and finance from the International Institute of Management of Niamey and a Master’s degree in public administration from the national school of public administration of Montreal. Ayouba also has a Graduate Diploma in international administration and a certificate in diplomacy and international trades from the University of Québec.
