Annie has been an education specialist with Equitas since 2006. Since joining Equitas, she has been involved in Canadian programs for children and youth, including Play It fair and Speaking Rights, and the Dynamic Communities program which aims to promote human rights in rural Haitian communities affected by mining issues. In addition, she worked on the development of the kit Together for Equality to promote the rights of LGBTI people in Haiti. She is currently a Senior Human Rights Education Advisor.
Prior to joining Equitas, Annie worked on the development of children’s rights education programs in Quebec and international cooperation in Haiti. She holds a Master’s degree in French Studies and a graduate degree in Adult Education from the University of Montreal.
