Catalina joined Equitas in May 2018 as Office Manager. She offers administrative support to the General Director. Her responsibilities include Human Resources management, as well as planning and coordinating board meetings. Catalina has a Graduate Diploma in Management from HEC Montreal, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Restoration from the Universidad Externado de Colombia. Before Equitas, Catalina coordinated marketing operations for a Montreal startup. One of her activities was the planning and following up of pilot projects with non-profit organizations for their fundraising activities. For six years, Catalina worked as Manager in the hospitality industry at Sofitel, which gave her a vast experience in administration, team management and problem solving.
